Mapping and evaluating skills

Personnel selection must be carried out very carefully to respond both to our clients' requirements and to the candidates' expectations. We use a specific tested methodology to evaluate the candidates' production potential and decide whether they have the qualities and attitude required to perform the job.
The Selector methodology finds out the candidates' professional qualification by evaluating both their present and potential skills compared with the duty they are going to perform and the organizational structure of the firm where they will be taken on.
Afterwards, during the interview, our consultants are able to estimate the selected candidates' skills impartially. Through this process we enable our clients to employ individuals who fulfil the task they are "naturally" tailored to producing excellent results.
