Program
The first step of our Temporary Management Program consits of a careful study of companies so as to find out problems, to understand the corporate situation, to identify companies' distinctivenesses and features.
After collecting all the necessary information about the companies we start looking for the most suitable manager.
Then we go on with a more careful analysis, we make our diagnosis and we draft our working plan defining scopes, intervention times, operating procedures and costs. At last the Temporary Manager comes into the company, he introduces the working plan to the company's organization and make it effective by managing it in first place or delegating, by checking that schedules and procedures are respected till the end of his/her intervention.
Contract
The Temporary Management Contract for our clients is in reality a Temporary Management Supply Contract signed with Sphera Group.
An independent job contract regulates the relationship between the Temporary Manager and Sphera Group while our clients will give the Temporary Manager a special power of attorney or appoint him to member of the board of directors.
